Cadora. Last updated 7 August 2026.
These terms apply when you use the Cadora mobile app. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Cadora is operated from Australia. "We" and "us" means the operator of Cadora, reachable at the contact address at the bottom of this page.
Cadora is a business tool for trade and service businesses with staff. It keeps a memory of your business, runs a weekly planning rhythm, tracks your progress, and gives advice generated by an AI model based on what you have told it.
Cadora gives general business guidance. It is not financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice or accounting advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Decisions you make about your business, your money and your obligations are yours. AI-generated suggestions can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, so check anything important before acting on it.
You need an account to use Cadora. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has access to your account. You must be old enough to run a business in your region. You are responsible for what is done under your account.
The business information you put into Cadora stays yours. We only use it to run the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and its data at any time, in the app or as described on the account deletion page.
The core of Cadora is free. Cadora Pro is a paid monthly subscription that unlocks additional features. The features included in each tier are shown in the app and may change over time. Where the app describes a feature as planned or on the roadmap, that feature is not part of what you are buying today.
Cadora Pro is sold through the Google Play Store and, when available, the Apple App Store. The price is shown in the store checkout in your local currency before you confirm. Unless you cancel, a subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and the store charges your payment method again. If a free trial is offered, the subscription starts billing automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. You can cancel at any time in your store's subscription settings; on Google Play that is the Subscriptions section of the Play Store app or play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for.
Payments are processed by the app stores, and refund requests are handled through the store you bought from under that store's refund policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer law that applies to you, including guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill.
Do not use Cadora to break the law, to harm others, to send spam, or to probe, overload or interfere with the service. Do not try to access another person's account or data. Do not resell access to the app. Features described as unlimited are subject to fair use limits that protect the service for everyone.
If you connect an outside service such as Google Calendar, your use of that service stays governed by its own terms. You can disconnect at any time in the app.
We work to keep Cadora available and improving, but we do not promise the app will be uninterrupted or error free. We may add, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces what a paid subscription includes, you can cancel before your next renewal.
You can stop using Cadora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that are used in a way that risks harm to the service or other users. If we close your account without you having broken these terms, and you have paid for a period you cannot use, we will point you to the store's refund process.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer law that applies to you.
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. If a change is significant we will let you know in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If you live somewhere with consumer laws that give you extra protections, those protections still apply to you.
