For trade businesses with people on the books

The general manager you cannot afford to hire.

Most business apps are filing cabinets. You put data in, you get nothing back. Cadora gives your week a shape and keeps you to it: plan on Monday, review on Friday, close the month. It remembers your business between sessions, so the advice is built on what it actually knows about you.

The core of Cadora is free and stays free. Pro is AUD 79 a month for the whole business, with the first two weeks free.

The Cadora home screen showing four tiles: My Day with today's focus, My Plan at 60 percent ready, My Progress at level 4, and My Coach.

Free core, no card

The brain, the plan, the week and the coach cost nothing.

AUD 79 a month

One price for the whole business. Hiring does not put it up.

Built for shops with staff

Electricians, plumbers, cleaners and trades running a few people.

The gap

You are the owner, the operator and the office.

A real business has someone above the work, looking at the week, the numbers and the plan. When you are on the tools, nobody is doing that job. Software has not helped, because software has been asking you to do more admin, not less.

Your tools store, they do not think

Job software holds quotes and invoices. Accounting holds last month. None of it looks at the whole picture and tells you what to do on Tuesday morning.

Advice that forgets you by morning

Generic tips do not know your trade, your numbers, your quiet season or the customer who still has not paid. So the advice never quite fits, and you stop asking.

The plan lives in your head

Where the business should be in twelve months is real, but it is not written down anywhere, so it loses every argument with whatever is urgent today.

Growth needs a back office you do not have

You have people on the books now, but hiring a manager is still not on the table. So the business grows to the limit of what you can hold in your head, then stops.

The signature

Your week, given a shape.

A general manager does not hand you a to-do list. They set the rhythm: what this week is for, what gets closed, and when you stop and look at the numbers. Cadora runs that rhythm so the important work does not lose to the urgent work.

  1. Mon

    Set the week

One focus chosen, before the phone starts.

  2. Tue

    Quotes out

Nothing warm sits waiting on you.

  3. Wed

Work on it, not in it

A coaching session on the thing you keep dodging.

  4. Thu

    Chase what is owed

    The awkward job, made routine.

  5. Fri

    Look at the numbers

Ten minutes on where the month actually is.

  6. Sat

    Buffer

For the week that did not go to plan.

  7. Sun

    Reset

Close it off, then leave it alone.

What you get, free

Five things a general manager actually does.

All of this sits in the free version of Cadora. No card, no trial clock.

01  /  Business Brain

It remembers your business, so you stop re-explaining it.

Tell Cadora about the business once. Your trade, your goals, your regular jobs, your rough numbers, what you are trying to fix. It holds that between sessions, so every conversation starts with context instead of a blank page.

  • Set up in a few minutes, not a weekend
  • Carries across every screen in the app
The Cadora coach screen, showing a conversation where the advice refers to the user's own business.

02  /  My Plan

A twelve month plan that is written down.

Score the business across seven pillars, work an eighty four point audit, then build the plan: a vision, real targets and quarterly goals. A readiness score shows how far along you actually are, not how far along you feel.

  • Seven pillars, eighty four point audit
  • Vision, targets and quarterly goals in one place
The Cadora plan screen, showing the business scored across pillars with a readiness percentage.

03  /  My Day

The week lands around what matters.

This week's focus, the top three priorities, and today laid out in order. It is the rhythm above, made concrete, so you are working on the business and not only in it.

  • One focus a week, three priorities a day
  • Pro puts your real bookings alongside it
The Cadora My Day screen, showing this week's focus, three priorities and a timed list for today.

04  /  My Coach and My Progress

Straight answers, and something to show for the work.

Ask about a quote, a hire, a slow month or a difficult customer, and get an answer that sits on what Cadora knows about your business. Levels, streaks and rewards keep the momentum visible, because doing the owner work is the part nobody claps for.

  • Advice grounded in your own numbers and goals
  • Progress you can see week to week

What each tier is for

Free tells you where you stand. Paid does something about it.

The full audit and your readiness score are free and stay free. Pro turns that score into a twelve month plan and lets you talk it through. Platinum thinks harder on the hard calls and never counts your questions.

  • Free. The 84 point audit, your readiness score, the Business Brain, the weekly rhythm and the climb. No card, no expiry.
  • Pro. The twelve month plan, every quarter and week, the live calendar, the full scorecard, and the conversation whenever you need it.
  • Platinum. The most capable model on every answer, and nothing counted.
  • On the roadmap. Accounting and bank feeds for both paid tiers, and how you compare to similar businesses for Platinum. Not sold today.

The honest question

Why not just ask an AI yourself?

You can, and it is worth doing. The chat tools are good and they are getting better. But a chat window and a general manager are different things, and the difference is not how clever the answer is.

It already knows your business

A fresh chat starts from nothing every time. You explain the business, the numbers, what you tried last quarter, and by then you have spent the ten minutes you had. Cadora keeps that memory between sessions, so Monday morning starts where Friday finished.

It asks you the questions

An AI answers what you thought to ask. The problem for most owners is not the answer, it is not knowing which question matters this week. The audit is eighty four questions somebody already worked out, and the weekly rhythm asks them on a schedule.

It comes back on Monday

Nothing about a chat tool makes you open it again. Cadora sets the week, checks it on Friday, tracks the streak, and nudges you when you go quiet. Consistency is the whole product, and consistency is a thing you build, not a thing you are told about.

Building it yourself is the real cost

You could wire the memory, the prompts, the schedule and the reminders together. People do. It is a weekend to get working and then it is yours to maintain forever, on top of the business you were trying to run. That is the trade, said plainly.

Cadora runs on the same class of model you would be using anyway. The model is not what you are paying for. The memory, the framework and the fact it keeps turning up are.

Questions

The things people ask before they download.

If yours is not here, ask it in the form below and you will get a straight answer.

Why pay for this when I could just ask an AI myself?
You could, and it is worth doing. The difference is not the cleverness of the answer. A fresh chat knows nothing about you, so you spend your ten minutes explaining the business before you get anywhere. It answers what you thought to ask, which is no help when the problem is not knowing what to ask. And nothing about it makes you open it again next Monday. Cadora remembers, asks you the eighty four questions somebody already worked out, and turns up every week whether you feel like it or not. You are not paying for the model. You are paying for the memory, the framework, and the fact that it keeps coming back.
Is this just another job management app?
No. Cadora does not quote, invoice, dispatch or schedule jobs, and it is not trying to replace the tools that do. It sits above them and does the job nobody is doing: looking at the whole business and deciding what this week is for.
What do I actually get without paying?
The Business Brain, the full eighty four point audit across all seven pillars and the readiness score it gives you, My Day and the weekly rhythm, My Coach and My Progress. The audit tells you where the business actually stands, and that part is yours for nothing. Pro is the twelve month plan that closes the gaps it finds. The free side does not expire and does not need a card.
How do the free 14 days on Pro work?
It runs through your App Store or Google Play account, so it needs a payment method up front. After 14 days it renews into AUD 79 a month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the 14 days end. You cancel in your app store settings, not by emailing us.
Is it priced per person?
No. AUD 79 a month covers the business, however many people are in it. The pricing does not punish you for growing.
Do I have to fill in everything before it is useful?
No. The setup is a few minutes of telling it about your trade, your goals and your rough numbers. It gets more useful as you add to it, but it is worth opening on day one.
I am not a tradie. Does it still fit?
It is built for trade and service businesses with a few people on the books, and that is who it is tuned for. If you run a small service business of any kind and you are still the one holding the whole thing together, the same job needs doing and it will fit.
What happens to my business information?
Your business data is yours. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is stored, why it is stored and how to have it removed. It is linked in the app and at the bottom of this page, and it is worth two minutes before you sign up.
When can I get it?
